Complaints Handling Procedure
If you are considering making a complaint, try to resolve the issue directly with those involved if possible. Complaints are generally resolved more easily and effectively at an early stage this way.
If you are dissatisfied with your course, or with the behaviour of another learner or a member of University staff, you should contact your course organisers in the first instance. If you are dissatisfied with the Short Courses Website or Learning Platform, you should contact Enquiries.Shortcourses@ed.ac.uk.
